Deleting your data

How to delete your TheDancerHQ account and its data, including what we received from Instagram.
Delete your account yourself
Log in, open My space → Settings → Account, then “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent: account, profile photo, favorites, notification preferences, passport and linked Instagram identifiers (ID and username).
If you own a pro space (studio, choreographer, organizer), delete it first from the pro space: its page and photos are then deleted.
Instagram login
TheDancerHQ only receives your professional Instagram ID and username, to log you in and prove a page is yours. No password, message or private post is received.
To remove TheDancerHQ's access to your Instagram account: Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and websites → TheDancerHQ → Remove. You can then delete your TheDancerHQ account as described above.
Request by email
You can also ask for deletion by email at contact@thedancerhq.com, from your account's address or giving your Instagram username. We confirm deletion within 30 days at the latest.
A public page about you (studio, choreographer) is removed with the “Ask for this page to be removed” link on the page.
