Purpose

TheDancerHQ helps you find dance classes, workshops and events, and book them with their organizers. These terms apply to any use of the site.

Account

You log in with a link sent by email or with Instagram. You're responsible for access to your mailbox and your Instagram account.

Pro spaces are for choreographers, studios and organizers logged in with an Instagram professional account.

Pages and accuracy

Page information comes from organizers, from TheDancerHQ or from public sources shown on each page. Despite our checks it may change: times, prices and availability are authoritative on the organizer's website.

A professional can claim the page about them to manage it, or ask for its removal.

Bookings

When a page offers “Book”, booking and payment happen on the organizer's website under their own terms. TheDancerHQ is not a party to that contract. Prices shown are indicative.

Content published by pros

Pros confirm they hold the rights to the texts, flyers and photos they publish, and that their information is accurate. TheDancerHQ may remove any misleading, unlawful or inappropriate content.

Prohibited uses

• Publishing false information or impersonating someone else.
• Automatically collecting the site's data, disrupting it or bypassing its protections.
• Abusing the report forms.

Liability

TheDancerHQ does its best to keep the service available and accurate, without being able to guarantee it. It isn't liable for a class cancelled or changed by its organizer.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
