Charm La'Donna is an acclaimed American choreographer and creative director recognized for her work with the world's biggest music artists. A graduate of UCLA's world arts and culture program, she first studied at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts before joining Madonna as a dancer on the Confessions Tour in 2006. She established herself as a choreographer working with Fatima Robinson on music videos and Super Bowl halftime shows. She has since choreographed three Super Bowl halftime shows (Bad Bunny 2026, Kendrick Lamar 2025, The Weeknd 2021), directed tours for Dua Lipa, Rosalía and The Weeknd, and created for brands including Zara and Lululemon. Specializing in hip-hop, krump and fused urban styles, she describes her practice as that of a "hybrid" artist blending ballet, jazz, contemporary and urban dance.
